VAT Bridging Loans is a commercial finance brokerage arranging VAT bridging loans for UK commercial property purchases. We arrange finance through a panel of lenders; we are not a lender.

Finance is indicative and not regulated

Any rates or terms quoted are indicative only and subject to lender approval, valuation and status. VAT bridging on commercial property is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal or tax advice, and you should take independent advice before borrowing or relying on a VAT treatment.

VAT Bridging Loans is a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 08174104, registered office Lynch Farm, Kensworth, Dunstable, LU6 3QZ. We are a finance arranger and introducer, not a lender, and we do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. VAT bridging finance arranged for limited companies, investors and business borrowers is unregulated commercial lending that falls outside the Financial Conduct Authority's regulated-mortgage perimeter. Some lending, for example to an individual secured on a property linked to their home, can be a regulated mortgage contract; where a transaction would be a regulated mortgage contract or otherwise require FCA authorisation, we refer it to an appropriately authorised firm.
